To all ProjectStore users:
Copper Range ProjectStore now has a per document notes feature. Any user who has document upload rights for a project can now associate a note with a document, folder, or subproject that they created.
On the Document List pages for a project, whenever you see a pinned note icon next to a document, folder, or subproject name, that signals that a note is present. To view the contents of the note, simply move your mouse pointer over the item name or the pinned note icon. The note contents will then appear as a "tooltip".
ProjectStore users who have document upload rights can create or edit a note associated with a document, folder, or subproject by clicking the highlighted note icon next to the item name. A separate Web page will appear where you can enter or alter the note text. Highlighted note icons having a red pin signify items with a note while no red pin indicates that no note has yet been associated with an item. If you don't see a highlighted note icon next to an item name, then you do not have the right to add or edit a note there.
