2004 has been a busy year for Copper Range. During the year, we have made significant enhancements to ProjectStore Private, and released ProjectStore Public. ProjectStore Public allows customers to make their projects available to the public via the Internet. New 2005 ProjectStore pricing will dramatically increase the amount of active storage, and will be offered at no additional cost to our customers. Expect to see this pricing released at the end of December!
During the last year, Copper Range signed a contract with Management Unions Serving Together (MUST) to distribute CRScan (fixed and handheld scanners) at construction jobsites. Copper Range is happy to be the ‘Location Information’ tool for the new MUST Safety and Drug Testing Program which will go online in early 2005. We look forward to being an integral part of this new and exciting program.
CRTrack, which provides customers with real-time asset and maintenance tracking by utilizing the GPS and cellular phone infrastructure, continues to be tested by one of the largest specialty contractors in the United States. CRTrack will be available for sale in early 2005.
DaimlerChrysler continues to pilot our new Digital Lien Service (DLS) product. The DLS provides an all-electronic means to prepare and route lien documents to appropriate parties working on a construction project. We will continue to work with these companies in order to make the DLS a robust, easy to use system. We hope to have the DLS available in late 2005.
In addition, Copper Range moved into its new company headquarters located in Troy, Michigan, filed for patent protection on certain vital intellectual property and hired new marketing personnel to enhance the Copper Range brand all in 2004. Copper Range is always looking to strengthen our current product mix by adding customer suggested changes as well as creating and releasing entirely new product lines. This strategy has allowed Copper Range to grow by over 300% in calendar year 2004, and we look for increased growth in the years ahead.
