Copper Range is the only company in our market space to offer Digital Signatures using only a Web browser. Our Digital Signature tool, called ProjectStore Agreement, allows companies to create a legally binding contract that is maintained in electronic form. A contract created using ProjectStore Agreement is signed online by all relevant parties using a simple Web-based procedure. Now companies can turn around contracts in seconds thus limiting their exposure to risk and helping to ensure they get paid faster.
Archival Storage ServicesAdministrators can now archive projects they oversee at any time with just a mouse click. Copper Range provides online access to documents in archival storage for as long as necessary thus obviating the need for companies to maintain their own completed project stores. And, Copper Range archival storage is much cheaper and easier to keep organized than storage facilities for paper based documents. Copper Range provides FREE archival storage equal to the amount of active storage for which a company contracts. For existing customers, that means that we effectively doubled your storage space at no extra cost. Improved Search CapabilitiesAny project participant can search for files, folders, and subprojects within ALL of their projects at one time by clicking on the new Search button located at the bottom of their "My Projects" page. Now it is easier than ever for users to locate existing documents, find new ones, and identify new contracts that require their signatures.
